RUTLAND HERALD: Rutland County Head Start has a new playground.
The organization shared in a press release this week that a playground expansion project at its Meadow Street location — first announced in July — was finally complete.
It is the first time the program has received dedicated funding to enhance its outdoor play environment, made possible through one-time support from the Office of Head Start. READ MORE:
