Program Schedule

Rutland County Head Start & Early Head Start offers a school-day program at two locations in Rutland City. Beginning with the 2026–2027 program year, Head Start will transition to a full-year program, joining Early Head Start in providing year-round services.

The 2026–2027 program year runs from September 8, 2026 through August 13, 2027. Head Start classrooms operate Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–2:00 PM, while Early Head Start classrooms operate Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–2:15 PM.

Our Meadow Street location includes three Head Start classrooms and one Early Head Start classroom. Our Juneberry Lane location includes two Early Head Start classrooms.
